The dentist

Dr. Leon Golestani – dentistry that sees the whole picture.

Dr. Leon Golestani runs the dentistry practice at the Mediora Health Hub. His focus lies in oral surgery, implantology and prosthodontics – and in the question of how a treatment fits a person in the long run, not just a single tooth.

For that reason every treatment starts with careful diagnostics and a conversation about what makes sense – and what does not.

Services

What is done here.

Six focus areas, one claim: dentistry that fits the whole person. Diagnostics determine what makes sense in your case.

Biological dentistry

Biocompatible materials, inflammation-free tissue conditions and care that is as compatible with the body as possible. The central question is how a treatment can work with the body's biological processes in the long term.

Ceramic implants

A metal-free alternative to conventional titanium implants – with high tissue compatibility and modern material properties. Which implant solution makes sense is decided by Dr. Golestani together with you.

Safe amalgam removal

When a replacement makes sense, removal takes place under special protective measures, modern suction technology and structured treatment protocols.

Oral inflammation

Gum inflammation and chronic inflammatory processes involve the whole body. Careful diagnostics and regular check-ups are the basis for long-term oral health.

Prosthodontics & restorations

Crowns, bridges and restorations that fit function and aesthetics. Planning is based on diagnostics – with materials that suit you.

Hygiene & check-ups

Professional hygiene and regular check-ups maintain what treatment and prophylaxis have achieved. Dr. Golestani agrees a suitable interval with you.

Dental services are agreed and invoiced separately.

The approach

The mouth is not separate from the body.

Many people look at dentistry in isolation from the rest of the body. Dr. Golestani takes a different approach: oral health and general health are closely connected and should be considered together.

Integrative dentistry therefore means: not individual teeth, but the whole person. Findings are seen in the context of general health factors – with the aim of long-term, biologically oriented care.

  • Integrative dentistry
  • Biological dentistry
  • Modern diagnostics
  • Individual treatment planning

Materials & safety

What goes into the mouth matters.

Two topics that belong together: metal-free restorations and the controlled handling of old fillings.

Ceramic implants

A metal-free alternative to titanium implants – an option when tissue compatibility and aesthetics matter most.

  • Zirconia instead of metal – corrosion-resistant, strong, with no metal content.
  • No grey shimmer – the white colour matches natural teeth, metal does not show through gum or bone.
  • Integration into the bone – like titanium implants they fuse with the jawbone and carry restorations stably.
  • For metal sensitivity – an option for people who want to avoid metal in the mouth.

Not automatically the best solution: more complex to plan and often more expensive than titanium. Diagnostics determine what fits your case.

Amalgam removal

Whether an old filling should be replaced depends on the findings and on the individual situation – not on a general recommendation.

  • Protective measures – so the procedure runs as controlled as possible.
  • Modern suction technology – keeps the working field clean and clear.
  • Structured protocols – from preparation to follow-up.

Whether removal is necessary is discussed beforehand. Depending on the situation, accompanying measures can make sense; Dr. Golestani clarifies this with you.

Before, during and after treatment

A process that thinks ahead.

  1. 1Before treatment

Findings are recorded, explained and put into relation to one another. Then the options are on the table – with effort, cost and the question of what is not necessary.

  2. 2During

Treatment is carried out with protective measures, modern technology and a clear process. You know beforehand what happens and why.

  3. 3After

Check-ups and hygiene secure the result. What has been achieved should last.

Before any treatment you receive a transparent overview, so you know what to expect.
